i got it figuered out tbh it's a testnet so you need the bsc tesnet aswell when they launch the mainnet you can probably use the bep20 net 😁

The Exchange must be connected with the BSC testnet network as it is not yet live on the mainnet. If you try it with BSC mainnet network you will get the notification "wrong network". This post is a week old what is support doing about how to fix this problem makes me wonder about what support you would get if this was a monetary issue
