Hey, please use Chrome or Firefox and Metamask as wallet and make sure you have selected BNB smart chain (Mainnet) as network.

Yes indeed with Metamask transferred the funds on the behinning first day even first minutes with the right wallet used to it furthermorz never had any pb before

same issue here. Deposit went trough without any issues. BNB deposited in the right contract address. No info on the launchpad about investing.

If you are using a wallet other than Metamask this may be the reason why you can't see your tokens. We are currently working on connecting other wallet providers.
